Join INSTANDA, a leading Insurtech company, as a Product Marketing Manager and play a key role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our innovative no-code insurance platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing product launches, enhancing platform visibility, conducting competitive analysis, and creating sales enablement materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions and develop effective communication strategies. This UK-based role offers a primarily remote work arrangement with some travel to the London office. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS or a related field, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
- Proficiency in creating and executing go-to-market strategies within SaaS or related field
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Execute successful product/ platform capability launches and enhance the platforms visibility in the market
- Drive platform adoption rates, increase lead conversions, and establish the platform as the go-to solution in the Insurance Technology space
- Conduct competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Create sales enablement materials, highlighting the platforms features and benefits for our sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with our product team to build and develop persuasive, value-oriented materials which will support the INSTANDA global GTM strategy
- Develop insights into clients use of the platform, identifying opportunities and refine buyer personas
- Lead product launch campaigns, webinars and promotional activities
- Manage the marketing budget and approval processes with the Head of Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B software marketing
- Familiarity with the Insurance market; MGA and carrier challenges
- Experience in a high-growth environment, contributing to processes and procedures
