Requirements

  • Ideally you have 3+ years of Product Marketing experience leading go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 1 year experience working in Fintech and/or Payments
  • A customer first approach. You have a passion to communicate with, learn about, and serve Jobber customers around the world
  • A strategic drive and revenue mindset. You’re a strategic thinker and numbers-driven
  • Solid communication skills. You're passionate about sharing the story behind your work, and can tell that story in ways that resonate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels as well as Jobber’s new and current customers
  • The ability to collaborate and listen. You value relationship-building and have no problem asking others β€œhow can I help?” to help clear roadblocks

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive enablement and adoption of Jobber fintech products and features
  • Conduct market and competitor research, monitoring key industry trends, and making strong recommendations for future roadmap
  • Identify distinct customer segments through analysis and research, prioritize customer pain points, determine needs, and develop effective positioning for your product solution area
  • Prepare and execute highly targeted activities with the Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams, leading promotion and testing tactics and messaging
