Product Marketing Manager in Singapore

Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company with over 50 million users worldwide. They are expanding their Product Marketing team to develop marketing strategies for their Decentralised Exchange (DEX) product suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, formulating positioning, collaborating with teams, tracking campaign performance, and being the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• Solid experience working across marketing, product, sales, strategy and operations (7+ years as PMM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable, detailed plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges
• Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work
• Thrive when working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment and inspire others around you

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for OKX's Decentralised Exchange (DEX) product suite
• Formulate and refine the positioning of OKX's in Onchain Trading offerings
• Collaborate with Web3 product teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimize future campaigns
• Be the voice of the customer. Develop, distill and prioritize key customer and market insights to shape product roadmap
