Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
- Proven track record of driving product growth and taking products from early stages to maturity
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with digital marketing channels and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive growth and take the product from 1 to 10, resulting in increased revenue
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product awareness, adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
- Work with the content team to create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion that directly contribute to revenue
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
