Summary

Join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist and contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans alongside the Product Marketing Manager. You will conduct market research, analyze key trends and customer needs, and craft compelling value propositions. Responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with the marketing team on content creation, and monitoring campaign performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information. A deep understanding of the real estate industry is preferred but not required. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in translating features and functionalities into real-world benefits and value propositions through positioning/messaging
  • Knowledge of marketing, strategy, and KPIs
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the proven ability to develop creative solutions and adapt messaging to different audiences for different goals
  • Collaborator who can work positively with a range of stakeholders across the company, mitigating potential disagreements and finding common ground
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Assist in crafting compelling value propositions and messaging for target audiences
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies outlined in the plans
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information and insights for effective marketing communication

Preferred Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required
