Summary

Join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist and contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans alongside the Product Marketing Manager. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Craft compelling value propositions and messaging, and implement marketing strategies across various channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance, providing insights for improvement. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information for effective communication. A background in real estate is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in translating features and functionalities into real-world benefits and value propositions through positioning/messaging
  • Knowledge of marketing, strategy, and KPIs
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the proven ability to develop creative solutions and adapt messaging to different audiences for different goals
  • Collaborator who can work positively with a range of stakeholders across the company, mitigating potential disagreements and finding common ground
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information and insights for effective marketing communication

Preferred Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required
