Summary

Join Teikametrics as a Product Onboarding Specialist and act as a concierge for new customers, providing a tailored onboarding experience. Your mission is to ensure customer success within their first 90 days by configuring campaigns, training them on tools, and supporting their strategic goals. You will facilitate smooth handoffs to other teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in customer success or product onboarding, and a strong understanding of e-commerce advertising. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Product Onboarding role, preferably within the e-commerce or advertising industry
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising, particularly Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering above-and-beyond service
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring their accounts are configured for success
  • Assist customers in connecting their Amazon & Walmart accounts to the Teikametrics platform
  • Provide hands-on support for rebuilding and configuring client campaigns, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and training to help customers maximize the value of our platform
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or products that align with the customer’s goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Managed Services and Product, to ensure a seamless transition post-onboarding
  • Track and report on onboarding progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks to customer success

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SaaS technology and platforms
