Requirements

• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, capable of deriving business insights from data and providing solutions
• Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale data sets is preferred
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven creator operation strategy to enhance the user experience
• Build up the sustainable content ecosystem and formulate a detailed operational plan based on data analysis results
• Manage the ecosystem-related projects, including project planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination
• Progress monitoring, regularly report project progress and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to address challenges
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to identify business issues and optimization opportunities
• Build statistical and machine learning models to support the formulation and implementation of algorithm strategies
• Establish quality monitoring systems for algorithms to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to continuously optimize algorithm strategies to achieve business goals
