Join Creative Fabrica, a fast-growing tech startup, as a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google and Bing Search campaigns. You will be responsible for growing acquisition channels, monitoring campaign performance, building and maintaining keyword clusters, identifying new opportunities, and expanding high-performing keywords. This hands-on role requires daily analysis of performance data and optimization based on CPA targets. Requirements
- 5β7 years of hands-on Google Paid Ads management
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and ensuring accuracy in campaign setup
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, targets and KPIs, and how to optimise campaigns based on them
- Experience managing large-scale accounts with precision
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised, structured approach to work
- Clear and concise written communication
Responsibilities
- Grow Creative Fabricaβs acquisition channels through high-performance Google Search and Bing Search campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against CPA targets
- Build and maintain keyword clusters, campaigns, and ad groups with clean, scalable naming conventions
- Identify and prioritise new opportunities by analysing search terms, performance data, market trends and by developing a deep understanding of our users and the content on our platform
- Expand proven, high-performing keywords to new geos and closely related themes
- Match ads to relevant, high-quality landing pages, flag missing content, and suggest new landing page opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of crafting/creative industry trends
- Familiarity with data handling and bulk operations in campaign management tools
- Experience with user experience and CRO
