Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in product and business operations
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated excellence in driving efficiency and scalability
  • Ability to adeptly manage cross-functional teams and multitier projects
  • Proven alignment of product operations with overarching business objectives
  • Skill in both formulating and deploying strategic operational initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, fostering productive collaboration across various departments
  • Proficiency in guiding teams, nurturing a culture rooted in accountability and top-tier performance
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving prowess, consistently leveraging data to inform decisions
  • Comprehensive grasp of product development cycles, the nuances of the tech sector, and established best practices

Responsibilities

  • Act as thought partner with product leadership to problem solve and drive implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Manage resources across product teams to ensure optimal productivity and timely delivery of products
  • Develop and implement best practices and tooling for product development and project management, from ideation to release
  • Act as the liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring all departments are aligned using transparency and effective rhythm of business
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to gauge product success and operational efficiency
  • Oversee budget planning and management for all product-related operational costs
  • Manage third-party service providers to ensure they meet quality and delivery expectations
