Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of key tracking technologies: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side), marketing pixels and APIs
  • Understand the third-party scripts integration to the website and the quality of this integration
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven product development
  • Familiarity with the privacy regulations and their impact on the data ecosystem
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the analytics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Work closely with the development team, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Assess and determine the appropriate requirements of tracking implementation on the front-end or back-end, aligning with project requirements and goals
  • Monitor, diagnose, and help to resolve issues with analytics and marketing scripts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Create and maintain comprehensive and clear documentation that outlines technical settings, processes and project requirements
  • Oversee testing processes to ensure product features meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
