Requirements

  • Possess a data-driven mindset and user-centric approach to improvement and product development
  • Have software development experience including any object-oriented programming language, deep understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka (or other message brokers)
  • Have relevant experience as a Technical Product Owner/Engineering Manager managing digital products
  • Have a proven track record of delivering digital products using sharp analytical skills
  • Be proactive, entrepreneurial, creative, and able to develop a product vision
  • Have the capacity to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority, from both Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
  • Be skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
  • Have proven experience displaying decision-making skills, with the ability to assess business impact, risks and opportunity
  • Have practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence, Miro)
  • Be fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian
  • Enjoy working independently, flat hierarchies and direct communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage the Tools Delivery Backlog: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage a dynamic backlog, identifying new tools and enhancements, prioritizing them based on strategic business needs, and maintaining a well-organized backlog
  • Analyze and Optimize Tool Performance: Analyze the performance and usage of existing internal tools, identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements, and make data-driven decisions to improve tool functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction
  • Understand Internal User Needs: Engage with stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and needs to develop user-friendly tools
  • Partner with Stakeholders for Requirements Gathering: Work with business owners and technical teams to define business requirements for new tools and enhancements
  • Facilitate Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Partner with other teams and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
