Product Owner

Summary

Join CREALOGIX, a leading provider of digital banking and financial technology solutions, as a Product Owner! You will be responsible for the Crealogix Funding Portal, working remotely or at our Stuttgart, Coburg, or Jever locations. This role involves managing the product backlog, developing product concepts, collaborating with developers, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring successful product releases. You will also work with stakeholders, integrate third-party solutions, and contribute to the product vision. The position requires a university degree, several years of experience as a Product Owner, and agile software development experience. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in German and English are essential.

Requirements

• Successful university degree in economics, computer science, business informatics or equivalent professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in agile software development (e.g., SCRUM)
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Proactive independent work and assertiveness
• Fluent language skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for one of our software products (Crealogix Funding Portal)
• Manage and prioritize the module backlog according to the product strategy
• Develop concepts for further development of the product
• Write, prioritize, and explain epics and user stories in close cooperation with the development team
• Define acceptance criteria and the "Definition of Done" according to Crealogix standards
• Acceptance of development results and verification results in the sense of a business solution
• Continuous support and prioritization of the progress of release development
• Continuous maintenance and updating of the necessary (product) documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and organize the necessary steps for the next product iteration, including coordinating dependencies with other POs
• Contribute to the development of the product vision
• Coordinate the integration of third-party solutions to address specific use cases, from evaluation and communication to implementation, roadmap, and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificates or training in agile methodology and/or Product Owner are advantageous (e.g., Certified Agile Product Owner)
• Expertise in the field of public administration and public funding
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
