Product Owner

Summary

Join Zone & Co as a Product Owner and lead the integration of Solution 7 into our product ecosystem. You will develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan, collaborate with cross-functional remote teams, and implement agile methodologies to manage the product lifecycle. As the go-to expert for integration, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration. You will also onboard Solution 7 team members and foster a productive work environment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and develop a strategy that leverages Solution 7's strengths within Zone & Co. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience in integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in integration projects
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and navigate a remote environment
• Experience with market analysis, strategic planning, and FP&A processes, including financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan for Solution 7, ensuring alignment with Zone & Co.'s overall strategy
• Work with stakeholders from GoToMarket, Services, and Customer Success to coordinate product feature integration
• Implement agile methodologies to manage the product lifecycle, from backlog grooming to sprint planning and product release management
• Act as the primary contact for integration-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the Solution 7 team and existing teams
• Help onboard Solution 7 team members, support their understanding of company culture, and create a productive, collaborative work environment
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and develop a strategy that leverages the strengths of Solution 7 within Zone & Co

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud ERPs, CRMs, and related platforms
