Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree in systems engineering, design, psychology, business, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Have deep expertise in digital strategy, and human-centered research
- Possess a strong background in experience design, usability testing, and iterative solution development
- Have the ability to rapidly learn and demonstrate proficiency with complex, interrelated product and service offerings
- Have the ability to demo new modules or features to clients and other stakeholders to solicit feedback and ideation
- Have the ability to build a prioritization framework to evaluate conflicting priorities. Have the ability to articulate how prioritization decisions are made
- Have the ability to foster collaboration through oral communication and written documentation. Effectively use meetings to drive clear direction and eliminate rework
- Have the ability to fully understand business processes and document development requirements
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Have the ability to present product designs and roadmaps to senior leaders
- Have the desire and ability to remain in constant contact with engineering staff
- Demonstrate advancement through software engineering functions
- Show willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn, and get the job done
- Possess proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, or Asana
Responsibilities
- Craft and communicate an inspiring product vision and strategy, aligning with ambitious business goals and customer needs
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most impactful features are delivered first, and engineering teams are in full alignment
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather insights and ensure alignment
- Be the ultimate champion of the customer experience, ensuring that the new platform not only meets but exceeds customer expectations
- Lead agile ceremonies with energy and enthusiasm, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to drive efficient and effective delivery
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the platform achieves business objectives and delights customers
- Identify and tackle risks head-on, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the migration project
- Triage incoming defects and product enhancement requests
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product area
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt
Preferred Qualifications
Possess certifications such as CSPO, Pragmatic PMC, SAFe POPM
