Join Volkswagen Group Services' Volkswagen Digital:Hub in Spain as a Product Owner/Product Manager. Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a PO or PM
- Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
- Experience working in an Agile environment and scrum methodology
- Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision making in different contexts
- Skilled at defining and prioritising product features
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business departments
- Fluent German speaker
- Fluent English and/or Spanish speaker
Responsibilities
- Work together with the business in quick wins (identify best value driven use cases), to develop some micro MVPs during the first stage of the project (this stage also includes the team alignment, understanding & set up of the AI VW existing platform)
- Be a role model of agile working and innovation
- Assure the agile rituals work productively
- Prioritise the roadmap while preparing new features for development together with your agile team
- Plan a bigger MVP for the second stage of the project, as well as a roadmap of next AI developments
- Present new developments to your colleagues and stakeholders, including creative ways to teach the teams about the use and functionalities of new features
- Help to create a great atmosphere and strong connection within your team
- Inspire your team as much as your stakeholders and make sure everybody is aware of the vision and roadmap
- Play your part in creating a strong feedback culture where everybody feels enabled to provide each other with honest feedback and input
- Collect requirements, perform user research and analyse market needs to create a roadmap and well prepared backlog
- Break down features into MVPs and release incrementally
- Communicate clearly the vision, roadmap and releases
- Be a strong team player and promote our culture of feedback and openness
- Be a role model of agile working and innovation
- Convince partners of your ideas, using well prepared arguments
