The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in product management or scrum roles, is highly organized, excels in communication, and has deep banking domain familiarity. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical project management roles
  • Strong knowledge of the banking domain or digital banking products
  • Excellent scrum skills, backlog management, and sprint execution practices
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex timelines
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the mobile backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager
  • Ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and aligned with sprint and release goals
  • Track execution timelines closely and escalate blockers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Act as scrum facilitator: run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives
  • Maintain focus on sprint velocity, backlog hygiene, and sprint-to-sprint consistency
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and design to keep cross-functional teams aligned
  • Coordinate incoming mobile requests across product lines to ensure prioritization reflects business value and development capacity
  • Communicate progress and blockers effectively with stakeholders
  • Leverage your banking experience to provide product context and drive prioritization
  • Review delivered features to ensure they meet business requirements and design expectations
  • Partner with QA and engineering on issue triaging, client escalations, and UAT

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or experience working closely with mobile engineering teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Familiarity with mobile development and release cycles
