Remote Product Researcher

Summary

Join our team as a Product Researcher to help evaluate the impact of features, test solutions, collect feedback from users, and influence product decisions. Conduct research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analyze data to inform product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a product researcher
• Experience working on B2B data products
• Experience of researches for Data Companies / Data Products
• Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative researchers
• Educational background in psychology, sociology, or marketing
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics

Responsibilities

• Conducting product research (mainly UX and CX) from formulating research questions to preparing reports and communicating results to stakeholders
• Usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated)
• In-depth interviews
• Prepare and run user surveys
• Working with secondary data (HotJar recordings, in-call feedback, product analytics)
• Prepare reports and conduct clear presentations based on research results, create knowledge bases
• Regular market research and competitors
