Summary

The Product Specialist role at RethinkFirst is a part of the Product Management team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years' experience in product management, product software delivery, or related functions
  • Experience translating business needs to developers
  • Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
  • Intellectually curious, driven, and self-directed individual
  • Demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices

Responsibilities

  • Execute the product roadmap to deliver solutions that delight customers and increase engagement
  • Work with 3rd party partners to help manage and deliver on fresh content creation and translation
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and various stakeholders to develop new content and feature enhancements
  • Craft business requirements and user stories, helping to prioritize product feature backlog
  • Create internal and external facing documentation relevant to content and product features
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to develop impactful go-to-market product strategies
  • Perform routine competitive analysis on market trends
  • Help research technical options and identify data sources, logic, and rules
  • Identify key use cases and KPIs to evaluate success of the product and performance
  • Be a champion for the product, the delivery team, and their goals
  • Actively monitor the performance of digital solutions provided to users
  • Be available to respond very quickly to investigate client issues and help the team problem solve

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the behavioral and mental health technology industry
