Product Technical Content Writer

Summary

Join SOCRadar, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, as a Senior Product Technical Content Writer. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and technical reference materials. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure content aligns with user needs and product functionalities. You will simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and maintain documentation standards. Leveraging your cybersecurity expertise, you will ensure accurate representation of SOCRadar's products. This role requires strong writing skills, technical proficiency, and experience with documentation tools.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience writing technical content, with a strong focus on cybersecurity products and solutions
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, protocols, and best practices, with an ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
• Exceptional written communication skills, with experience creating both user-facing and developer-focused documentation
• Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, DITA XML) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to rapidly changing product and business needs

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive user guides, API documentation, product manuals, and technical reference materials for SOCRadar’s cybersecurity solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionalities and create content strategies that align with user needs
• Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including developers, cybersecurity professionals, and business users
• Establish and maintain documentation standards and ensure technical content is consistent in tone, format, and style across all platforms
• Work closely with R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and clarity of product functionalities
• Continuously improve existing documentation based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving product updates
• Leverage knowledge of the cybersecurity industry to accurately represent technical aspects of SOCRadar’s products in documentation
