Summary

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on our products
• Provide high quality training for clients on how to use our products
• Build a strong understanding of client use cases across verticals and provide one-on-one and group trainings for customers across all products
• Partner closely with Account Owners to ensure training needs are being met and clients are satisfied
• Own and conduct training rollouts by working with Account Owners and customers to customize plans based on needs
• Aide in creating supporting materials to drive customer utilization and effectively communicate resources to the Account Management team
• Provide quarterly reviews and coaching to the Associate Product Trainers. Assess the quality of the training and provide actionable improvement areas
• Serve as a team resource for other Product Trainers as needs arise
• Create and facilitate topic-based webinar sessions that provide training to a targeted audience of users

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of adult learning principles and previous experience training adults is a plus!
