Summary

Join our team and become a part of Docplanner! As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling additional products to existing clients and optimizing their use. You will also conduct phone calls with clients who want to cancel their subscription, convince them to stay, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and better organization of work.

Requirements

  • Have experience in working with clients (in sales or upselling), know how to research their needs, have sales skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Have a high level of personal culture and be able to conduct high-quality conversations
  • Be able to organize your time, set priorities - you will receive individual goals to achieve each month
  • Be able to analyze client needs (we have a lot of data in our systems), draw conclusions and adjust the conversation style to meet individual client needs
  • Be flexible and able to work in a changing environment - tasks may change as the project develops
  • Have a positive attitude, look for solutions, and don't waste time on things you can't influence. You should also be proactive and highly engaged
  • Be able to work in a team - you will support your colleagues' individual goals while pursuing your own
  • Speak English fluently - we are an international company and work with foreign systems

Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales-related activities such as selling additional products and optimizing their use
  • Conduct phone calls with clients who want to cancel their subscription, convince them to stay, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and better organization of work
  • Analyze client profiles before each call to be well-prepared

Benefits

  • Contract of employment (first for 3-month probationary period, then open-ended)
  • Basic salary 5200 zΕ‚ brutto and average premium 2000 zΕ‚ brutto per month, which is dependent on target achievement
