Summary

Join Valorem Reply, an award-winning digital transformation firm, as an IAM Production Operations Engineer. You will provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and end-users on identity system-related queries, troubleshoot Ping Identity and Microsoft Entra ID solutions, and manage incident and service request processes. The role requires excellent documentation skills and strong customer service abilities. You will create knowledge documentation and troubleshoot web-based applications. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in IAM Engineering or a related field. A Green Card or US Citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in IAM Engineering or CIS/Cyber Security/IT field
  • Green Card or US Citizen required
  • 4 years of customer facing Technical Support (in FedRAMP environment preferred) OR 3 years of industry experience in administration of Identity Management and Governance products in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and experience with Networking including Load Balancers, Firewalls, IP, and DNS
  • Excellent understanding of how SaaS applications and supporting SaaS solutions operate
  • Knowledge of Single Sign On Solutions (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect & WS-FED)
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (PingID, RSA SecurID, DUO, Azure Authenticator) and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Understanding of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and Directory Services, PKI, X.509 certificates, and Kerberos, as well as experience with Internet Protocols (HTTPS/SSL/TLS)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and end-users regarding identity system-related queries
  • Cloud experience with any of the major cloud providers, including cloud security, networking, and migration of multi-cloud or hybrid deployments
  • You will help our customers troubleshoot PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, PingID, and any supported integration kits
  • Manage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem -management processes for the service area
  • Create knowledge documentation for testing, troubleshooting, mitigation, and resolution
  • Troubleshoot web-based applications (through HTTP Tracing tools and log analysis) in browsers and application servers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
  • Ping Identity Certified Professional
  • Experience with Linux (preferred Oracle, Java, DevOps CI/CD , Terraform, Jenkins) Windows server OS management
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
