Summary
Join Procoreβs Professional Services team as a Professional Services Solution Consultant and play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services. Partner with sales and professional services teams to ensure services are delivered as committed during the sales cycle. Help prospects develop best-practice strategies to meet their business needs. Solve customer business problems by applying design and analysis skills to translate processes into technology. Leverage your consulting and enterprise software expertise to build customer confidence in Procore's services. Scope and define Professional Services offerings to drive adoption and revenue. This remote position reports to the Senior Manager, Professional Services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of Enterprise software Implementation and/or scoping experience with a focus on Integrations, data migrations, technology consulting, project management, or customer management
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in presales and/or Professional Services
- Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management
- Current experience with scoping, drafting, and presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person
Responsibilities
- Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling; tailoring pitches and recommended services, especially integration services, to customers needs, outcomes, and resources
- Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through discovery, researching and understanding prospects' implementation needs, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services, especially around integrations
- Create SOWs and Amendments by being an expert on Procore's technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team
- Support others on the PSSC team on complex discovery around integrations and data migrations and help them learn the critical aspects of integration and data migration discovery
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to increase salability of Procore's service offerings
- Collaborate with Services Delivery partners, especially our integration and data migration partners,Β to co-scope professional services engagements, ensuring alignment on customer needs, solution design, and successful delivery outcomes
- Assist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree is a plus
- Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); technical writing experience preferred
- Experience co-scoping services with third-party service providers
Benefits
- Base Pay Range $122,080 - $167,860 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $174,400 - $239,800
