Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience supporting program management teams in budgeting and finance, recruiting, and stakeholder management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain program-wide documentation and processes in support of a larger program administrative team
- Play a supporting role in several key functions such as recruiting and stakeholder management
- Own several processes and programmatic documents
- Support of the required government contractor timekeeping and reporting process, including activities such as approving timecards and expenses, verifying subcontracted contract contributions, reviewing programmatic invoices, and tracking life of contract funding and metrics
- Review and evaluate resumes against set position requirements to support programmatic growth and assess candidates
- Assess and tailor resumes to highlight relevant skills and experience, and ensure uniformity among resumes submitted to stakeholders
- Engage with contract stakeholders to coordinate program items and ensure programmatic needs are met
- Update and maintain required contract CDRLs (e.g., FMER, etc.)
- Assist engineers through the process for completing requested travel, including reviewing Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), ensuring proper site access through Visitor Authorization Requests (VARs), and ensuring all travel is within approved time and financial bounds
- Assisting incoming engineers through the programmatic onboarding process, including organizing introductions with managers, tracking equipment delivery, and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed and submitted
- Manage internal documentation and program reporting, including documents such as program rosters, personnel certifications, clearances and CACs, and internal program meeting invite lists
Preferred Qualifications
- A self-starter that can recognize needs and act with little guidance
- Outstanding communicator with a high level of integrity
- Experience supporting DOD or other government contracts as a prime
- Experience working with Agile software development teams and/or an understanding of Agile software practices and methodologies
