Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year of healthcare organization related and business analyst experience
  • Experience in operational assessments and clinical analytics
  • Coordinate document dissemination with engagement leadership and process evidence of OHVP needs to PMs for analytics prior to and during engagements
  • Utilize HRO framework when documenting progress and possess knowledge of healthcare management structures
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to support a wide range of stakeholders such as health care, government, executive professionals, etc
  • Experience utilizing programs within MS Office 365 suite as needed
  • Ability to work in-person, remotely, and travel (up to 15%)
  • Self-motivated and have great time-management skills
  • Detail oriented and great note-taking skills
  • Ability to obtain VA clearance
  • Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and documenting ROI and process improvement for stakeholders
  • Conducts planning, audits, and evaluations related to large scale programs
  • Provide program analysis, strategic planning, and integrated master scheduling to provide Program Manager (PM) support for Service Lines during OHVP High Reliability Organization (HRO) and Optimization Model Engagements
  • Provides administrative assistance: drafting emails, maintaining calendar, drafting memos and meeting notes, and preparing communications on stakeholders’ behalf
  • Provide support for event planning, congressional affairs, metrics, financial management systems, and risk management
  • Assist with the tracking of Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structures, and timelines to support the clients’ missions, goals, and strategic objectives
