Program Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a dedicated Project Management role, managing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, specifically NetSuite implementations and migrations
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Proven experience working in a team under pressure to meet deadlines
• Trustworthiness and high level of confidentiality
• Strong conflict resolution skills – Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
• Flexibility and agility to respond quickly, effectively in a highly dynamic, changing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation projects related to NetSuite and other financial systems
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business needs
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including system implementers, overseeing their performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Stay up-to-date with project management methodologies and best practices, and implement them effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Zuora preferred
