Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting and/or operations/program management experience at a high-growth startup (pharmacy experience and/or healthcare tech experience is preferred)
• In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics
• Experience in defining, implementing, and managing Service Level Agreements with an emphasis on performance monitoring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Track record of achieving and surpassing strategic account management targets
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new pharmacy partners
• Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Proactively identify potential issues across supply chain projects and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Identify and implement best practices for program management and supply chain operations
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive program execution
• Develop relevant internal and external SOPs
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain
