Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, implementation leadership, or client delivery at a health tech or B2B SaaS company
- High EQ and natural leadership presence. Youβre skilled at translating complex technical challenges into clear, business-focused language for non-technical stakeholders
- A pragmatic, βfind-a-wayβ mindset. You bring structure to ambiguity and move work forward even in imperfect conditions
- Strategic thinking paired with operational follow-through. You can zoom out to align business value and zoom in to fix a broken plan
- Curiosity about AI and experimentation. Youβre interested in using new technologies to drive more efficient delivery or extract client insight
- Exceptionally fast learner who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience managing projects with remote or distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional client implementation programs from scoping through measurable value realization, ensuring Health Gorilla delivers not just APIs, but business outcomes
- Lead delivery for dynamic, high-touch accounts, helping guide complex implementations and resolving challenges with calm, pragmatic leadership
- Turn ambiguous client needs into structured execution plans, including clear timelines, MVP definitions, and resource needs, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
- Disarm tense situations, build trust quickly, and drive incremental progress when projects are stuck
- Shift fluidly between strategic problem solving and tactical execution as needed
- Step into high-impact work without needing a predefined scope. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and adapt as priorities evolve
- Contribute to a delivery model where implementation becomes a competitive advantage through clear playbooks, tooling, and predictable execution
