Summary

Join Kiddom's Business Operations team as a Program Manager and support the growth of our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will collaborate across departments, leading complex initiatives, overseeing program execution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for communication, performance measurement, and contractor management. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives with significant budgets, risk, and cross-functional complexity
  • Proven ability to build and optimize operational systems that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and execution across multiple teams
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies with the ability to guide teams through iterative improvements while maintaining momentum
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Experience managing external partners or contractors, ensuring high-quality outcomes while optimizing budgets and timelines
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
  • Passion for education technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving learning outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress
  • Oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process
  • Serve as a key connector between teams, working closely with stakeholders across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX—to align efforts, strengthen partnerships, and remove obstacles
  • Deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, from development teams to senior leadership. Establish regular touchpoints and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress. Facilitate regular reflection to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards
