Summary

The job is for a Program Manager at Miovision, a global traffic solution provider. Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Project/Program Management, or Corporate Development related role in a IoT based organization
  • Bachelor’s degree; Project/Program Certificate, or PMP
  • Experience leading large complex cross-functional projects/programs
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Project Management Tooling (MS Project, SmartSheets, etc.), Jira, Confluence
  • Solid understanding of Program, Project, and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware and software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Driving the coordinated management of multiple projects/programs and or outcomes in support of the company objectives and strategies
  • Work with key stakeholders to build high-level program plans that may include hardware, software, platform, go-to-market activities/launch, partnership and/or M&A activities
  • Independently execute program plans; Recommend corrective actions/change management programs and tactics; Identify and manage risks; Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure alignment from key stakeholders to move the program forward
  • Monitor and report program performance to the cross-functional teams & leadership
  • Build engagement for programs through involving key stakeholders and team members in regular communication events, program meetings, etc
  • Support the coordination of company wide prioritization efforts
  • Maintain focus and motivation on programs throughout the lifecycle and regularly articulate quantitative and qualitative benefits, progress and obstacles to success
  • Acts as the β€œeyes and ears” on programs; Shares learnings and perspectives with leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Develop, implement and improve best practices and processes which can continually enhance the PMO and Miovision

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated Experience in the following areas: Delivering large-scale projects/programs under demanding timelines, Solving complex challenges in a self-directed manner using structured thinking, Developing frameworks to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, Communicating ideas and concepts in a clear, logical way to executive leadership, Influencing without direct authority a variety of stakeholders through listening, relationship building, and cultivating trust, Resolving conflicts and issues with a demonstrated ability to find a common solution
