Join our team at Nagarro to lead technology-driven change initiatives as a Project or Program Manager, overseeing end-to-end management and governance of cloud migrations and transformations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven change initiatives, especially in Cloud migrations
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices in traditional and agile environments
• Demonstrated success in change management and transformation consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in a leadership role
• Business fluent in German. and English

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management and governance of technology-driven change initiatives, with a primary focus on Cloud migrations and transformations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to best practices in project management
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Provide consulting services for technology transformations in both traditional and agile environments
• Support our sales team in a pre-sales capacity, providing expertise to potential clients and engage them in presentations as a subject matter expert
