Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a technology organization
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, lean development environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clarity in ambiguous situations and enable teams to work more effectively through guidelines and best practices
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong familiarity with Scrum or Agile frameworks is a must
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and metrics to guide decision-making for PMs and EMs
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical fluency and the ability to build trust and credibility with engineering teams
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Plan, track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to engineering leadership and project stakeholders, and engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals
  • Drive process improvements within engineering to build better faster so the teams are more effective and can deliver with higher velocity because of your impact
  • Ensure we’re capturing and acting on the right data regarding our operations and technical health
  • Influence and collaborate across organizations including engineering, product, design, security, compliance, customer support, and go-to-market to effectively build commitment with delivery teams, negotiate competing requirements, ensure alignment and program progress, and improve processes.Β 
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on priorities and progress

Benefits

  • Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $124,000 - $170,500
