Summary
Join our team as a Program Manager in Englewood Cliffs, United States! You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and on-time, within-budget delivery. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional team management, and expertise in project management methodologies. You will manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, while collaborating with senior leadership. Continuous improvement of program management processes and mentoring project managers are also key responsibilities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-project programs
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in program management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- In-depth knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in program management
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-project programs
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communications
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts among project teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies
- Mentor and develop project managers within the program
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts
