Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-project programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in program management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in program management
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-project programs
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communications
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals
• Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts among project teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies
• Mentor and develop project managers within the program

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts
