Summary
Join OCT Consulting LLC, an SBA-certified 8(a) small business, as a Corporate Program Manager to support our client-facing project portfolio. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects for federal clients, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables and strong communication. Responsibilities include managing project team resources, leading remote teams, analyzing program risks, and supporting business development. The position requires significant federal agency experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and demonstrated personnel management experience. A willingness to obtain a Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required, while a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are preferred. Requirements
- Experience leading/managing multiple projects/programs/teams simultaneously (eight (8) or more years of experience preferred)
- Significant experience supporting one or more federal agencies or departments
- Demonstrable problem-solving experience and skills
- Strong time-management, coordination, and communication skills
- Demonstrated personnel management experience, to include managing employee performance, conducting effective interviews, etc
- Demonstrated experience delivering against deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and flexibility supporting emergent requirements, a comfort level with prioritizing workload independently
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, to include experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness to participate in the screening process to obtain a Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects supporting a variety of federal clients
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables and strong client communications
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project team resources (recruiting, hiring, timesheet approval, performance management, etc.)
- Lead large teams working primarily in a remote environment
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
- Support corporate business development and company strategic growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal acquisition or contracting (1102) experience as a Contracting Officer of as a Contracting Officerโs Representative (COR)
- Familiarity managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contracts
- Bachelorโs Degree
- Current Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- Project Management Professional Certification, or equivalent
