Program Manager

Summary

Join Rackner, a software consultancy building cloud-native solutions, as a Program Manager for the Platform One project, a DoD-wide enterprise service capability. This role combines Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master responsibilities within the Cerberus team. You will manage agile projects, oversee operations, coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The position requires expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, DoD cybersecurity, and cloud technologies, along with experience in technical customer service and escalations. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are mandatory. Requirements

• Knowledge with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD cybersecurity, and Cloud
• Experience in technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master
• Manage and lead agile projects
• Oversee the operations of individual projects within progress and coordinate time, budget and resources to complete work within program guidelines
• Track and report progress and any changes made to the initial project plan
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the project to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
• Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical tasks
• Create and maintain documentation
