Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Program Manager to join Seedstars' regional team in Asia, focusing on designing and implementing entrepreneurship technical assistance programs. The position is remote and starts in Q3, 2024. Preference will be given to applicants based in the APAC region.

Requirements

• Your Mindset: Passion for problem solving, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent team player with high levels of empathy
• Your Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in a leading development sector or entrepreneurial support organization, deep knowledge and experience with target client groups and donors

Responsibilities

• Project leadership: Full cycle program delivery across multiple simultaneous programs, ensuring programs stay on budget and time, identifying areas of improvement, and sharing best practices
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serve as a point of contact with donor agencies, identify and assess potential partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analysis & insight: Lead analysis from programs to assess effectiveness, communicate findings with reports, slides, and visualizations, synthesize market intelligence, track, monitor, and evaluate program metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have: Deep involvement in and knowledge about the startup ecosystem in your country or region with a strong network, you are either a local entrepreneur or innovation enthusiast
