Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation and optimization
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Demonstrated success in IT Project Management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with LIMS implementation and management
- Strong background in product software development and management
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Management principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience leading integration projects and developing integration strategies
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring project teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and integration with other systems
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business needs, processes, and requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable project plans and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of LIMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the organization. Work closely with laboratory staff to optimize workflows and data management
- Lead the development and enhancement of product software, ensuring it aligns with market needs and business goals. Collaborate with product teams to define software requirements and oversee the development process
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT operations, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives. Manage IT resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to support organizational goals
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Lead integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems and applications. Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance data flow and operational efficiency
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance project outcomes and organizational performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure project success. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments
- Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results
