Program Manager

Requirements

• Possess extraordinary program management skills in the definition, planning, execution, and launch of new cybersecurity products
• Have deep experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals and priorities. Able to hold peers, partners, and yourself accountable
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships and partnerships with people of all levels and functions across the company to achieve common goals
• Have an understanding of firewall products, supply chain, manufacturing, and hardware development methodologies
• Possess knowledge of certification programs such as FIPS, Common Criteria, DoDIN and CSfC
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams to solve complex technical and business problems
• Have involvement with third party contracts and management of outsourced activities / deliveries to meet project timelines
• Possess the ability to influence key partners, senior leaders, and external partners
• Have experience establishing repeatable processes to optimize the delivery of future products
• Possess the desire to drive continuous improvement
• Have 10+ years minimum experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or product development
• Have 5+ years of Program Management experience with complex hardware and software programs
• Possess expertise working on new product introductions with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams
• Have proficiency with project management and product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Agile PLM, and MS Project / Smartsheets
• Have a BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Work with a cross-functional team of Product Management, Software, Hardware, QA, Sales, Marketing, and others to plan, execute, and launch new SonicWall firewalls and firewall software
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to market launch while maintaining program schedules, budget, scope, and quality
• Work with external labs and internal teams to achieve regulatory and other government/security certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous successful certification of network security products to FIPS, Common Criteria, DoDIN and/or CSfC standards
• Possess PMP Certification
