Summary

Join Zantech, a dynamic Woman-Owned Small Business, as a Program Manager to lead and coordinate SharePoint Online ECN/USCIS Connect support services. This mostly remote role, based out of Camp Springs, MD, requires managing program performance, personnel, financials, and reporting. You will serve as the primary contractor interface with USCIS stakeholders and implement Agile methodology. The position demands a minimum of 5 years of program management experience in IT development environments with Agile methodology experience. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years program management experience in IT development environments with Agile methodology experience required
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program oversight and coordination
  • Serve as primary contractor interface with USCIS
  • Oversee program performance, personnel, financials and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodology activities
  • Manage transition-in and transition-out activities
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and team communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant education in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
  • Microsoft Project management certifications preferred
