Summary

Join Precision AQ, a leader in strategic scientific and medical communication, as a Project Manager. You will build and lead a team, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and develop workflows ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading the client's medical/legal/regulatory process, consulting with the account management team, monitoring budgets and compliance, and maintaining the invoicing process. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business such as medical communications, advertising, sales training or digital production. Ability to travel
  • MS Office programs including MS Project and search engines

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and communicate the development workflow plan so that all members are aware of current status, next steps, potential roadblocks and solutions
  • Lead clientโ€™s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process with the coordinator including submissions, contracting with taggers, communications with the clientโ€™s MLR coordinator and monitoring status
  • Consult and interact with the account management team in detailing scope and allocating team hours. Work closely with the team to ensure they are alert scope changes and time-of-staff overages
  • Monitor the BVA reports with the Financial Analyst and alert any deviations from the contract
  • Maintain the invoicing process including reconciliation and client financial reports
  • Monitor and ensure compliance guidelines are followed including but not limited to legal templates, Sunshine Act reporting, and client training requirements
  • Provide communication on status reports and meetings, financial reports, assignment reports and meeting agendas and summaries
