Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Operations and Corporate Development, you will drive day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and manage risks. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven success leading projects involving systems change, transformation, or pricing strategy
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build and interpret models
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Action-oriented with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Program Ownership : Driving day-to-day execution of the Strategic Pricing program from planning to execution
- Cross Functional Coordination : Aligning cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
- Drive Focus & Momentum : Delivering results while respecting existing processes and minimizing disruptions
- Performance Tracking : Defining, tracking and reporting on financial and operational KPIs with minimal oversight
- Leverage Subject Matter Experts : Partnering with SMEs to ensure strategy and execution are grounded in domain-specific best practices
- Risk Management : Identify risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent progress toward milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and familiarity with B2B software a plus
- Experience in strategy / implementation consulting roles welcomed
