Program Manager, Strategic Pricing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven success leading projects involving systems change, transformation, or pricing strategy
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build and interpret models
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Action-oriented with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership : Driving day-to-day execution of the Strategic Pricing program from planning to execution
• Cross Functional Coordination : Aligning cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
• Drive Focus & Momentum : Delivering results while respecting existing processes and minimizing disruptions
• Performance Tracking : Defining, tracking and reporting on financial and operational KPIs with minimal oversight
• Leverage Subject Matter Experts : Partnering with SMEs to ensure strategy and execution are grounded in domain-specific best practices
• Risk Management : Identify risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent progress toward milestones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and familiarity with B2B software a plus
• Experience in strategy / implementation consulting roles welcomed
