Summary

Join M-Files as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in B2B SaaS Pricing, playing a strategic role in the company's top-priority Strategic Pricing program. Leverage your extensive experience to guide program strategy development, shape workstreams and timelines, and ensure successful execution across all phases. This role requires expertise in large-scale pricing transformations and the ability to apply best practices to achieve program objectives. You will provide expert input to refine program strategy and execution plans, act as a trusted partner to the Program Manager, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and support change management efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Go-to-Market, and Finance, is essential. The ideal candidate possesses deep SaaS pricing strategy and execution experience and a proven track record of success in similar initiatives.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in SaaS pricing strategy and execution
  • Proven success leading or contributing to similar enterprise-level initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide others
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving project environments
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a complex organization

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Guidance : Providing expert-level input to define and continually refine program strategy, scope, and execution plans, incorporating best practices and lessons-learned from prior experiences
  • Consultative Leadership : Acting as a trusted partner to the Program Manager and cross-functional leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on deep domain knowledge and prior experience
  • Risk Management & Opportunity Identification : Proactively assess and identify potential challenges and business opportunities within the program; bias towards action in mitigating risks and enhancing program performance
  • Change Management Support : Partnering with cross-functional leaders to support enablement efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and business readiness program progresses
  • Partner closely with the Program Manager leading the program
  • Regular touchpoints with executive stakeholders and business leaders
  • Cross-functional coordination with Product, Operations, Go-to-Market teams, and Finance
  • May interface with vendors or external consultants
