Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience working in Programmatic advertising as an account manager or executive
  • A confident attitude towards learning and understanding the programmatic landscape and its ever-changing facets
  • Skilled in identifying new and exciting business opportunities, and articulating their benefit internally to receive internal stakeholder support
  • A revenue-focused mind - Able to spot and convert opportunities for upweighted budget and build compelling cases for consistent renewals with client
  • Problem solving skills - Taking a pragmatic approach to delivery issues, dealing with them with urgency & sensitivity, preserving the best interests of your clients
  • A superb communicator - in every scenario, with ability to effectively liaise with different teams and external clients
  • Flexible - in approach to ad-hoc requests from within the business
  • Analytical - able to solve problems creatively and articulate solutions
  • Excellent at time management - prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and dedicating time to support other members of the delivery team when required
  • Cool, calm and collected - able to deal with external clients and internal senior management in pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Executing local programmatic revenue strategy
  • Supporting clients in launching new activity in a timely manner
  • Supporting the commercial team in account planning
  • Supporting clients in troubleshooting their activity and maximizing revenue
  • Working with stakeholders internally across multiple teams to unlock revenue and investigate any blocks to delivery
  • Providing detailed and insightful reporting to your clients – both during campaign flight and post campaign
  • Attending client meetings to deliver insights, support with troubleshooting and support the commercial team in presenting new products and offerings

Preferred Qualifications

Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
