Requirements

• BA/BS in Business or relevant experience in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning)
• 3+ years in digital media, with expertise in client service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Atlas, Doubleclick, Salesforce, and JIRA
• Knowledge of online advertising terms and revenue models
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
• Self-motivated team player with leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Own GumGum’s renewal business, driving growth for key accounts
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, including in-person meetings and campaign presentations
• Identify incremental growth opportunities and strategize account expansion
• Collaborate with sales to execute strategic opportunities and secure future revenue
• Lead internal teams to manage and optimize sold campaigns, ensuring alignment on client success metrics
• Review campaign performance regularly, providing optimization suggestions to meet KPIs
• Mentor new team members, providing training and support
