This role involves managing admin tasks, setting up digital filing systems, gathering and analyzing data, creating presentations, and handling project admin tasks related to SEO and GBP campaigns. You will work with a team of world-class engineers and designers, contributing to project success through effective collaboration and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Thoroughness in task completion and output delivery
  • Ability to take clear and well-organized meeting notes
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Pitch
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in requests and tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
  • A personal computer with a stable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Manage admin tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines
  • Set up and manage digital filing systems
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data for statistical reporting and performance tracking
  • Create informative presentations and comprehensive documentation
  • Handle project admin tasks related to SEO and GBP campaigns
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research organization and content audits
  • Support GBP management, including updating listings and tracking performance metrics
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, providing timely support to multiple departments and team members
  • Manage complex scheduling scenarios and coordinate digital marketing-related events or webinars

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with Google Business Profile management and optimization
  • Experience in platforms like ClickUp, Jira, HubSpot, Bill, etc
