Requirements

• Experience working for a US company; minimum of 5 years of work experience
• 3 years of marketing or administrative experience is ideal
• College degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, behavioral sciences, economics, or business is ideal but not required
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Zendesk, Proprietary NetSuite ERP, Slack, and Trello

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Review work products to ensure they meet client requests
• Identify next steps for projects and delegate tasks
• Ideate creative uses and messaging for merchandise
• Create presentations, marketing boards, and PowerPoint as needed
• Create and send quotes and artwork proofs to clients
• Liaise with factory partners to place/track sample orders, check inventory, get shipping estimates, and request virtual mockups
• Enter orders in proprietary software and CRM systems
• Track and record invoices against order costs
• Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors
