Requirements
- Obtain a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- Possess strong skills in interpersonal communication, decision-making, and collaboration
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Show an in-depth understanding of new media and digital marketing trends
- Exhibit a desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn
- Demonstrate the ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes
- Possess experience in mentoring, developing and training team members
- Have excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset focused on efficiency and creativity
- Have over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients
- Possess proven skills in managing and strengthening client relationships
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strategic relationships with brand leads and stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication between regional teams and global initiatives
- Align project scope with brand leads to meet regional and global goals
- Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Ensure the team adapt brand strategies to fit regional market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Provide insights on regional market trends to inform strategy and planning
- Ensure marketing activities adhere to global brand standards
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity
- Track campaign performance and project KPIs
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes
- Manage budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial limits
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize value
- Collaborate with design, production, and other teams for comprehensive execution
- Lead and mentor project managers
- On-board new local team members into the studio, with support of the Global Resourcing Manager, Global Program Director and Business Director
- Drive improvements in account management and project execution
- Implement innovative practices to optimize strategic outcomes
