Requirements

• ���ロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験
• PMBOK、PRINCE2などのプロジェクトマネジメント手法の理解
• ���れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
• ���スク管理、問題解決スキル
• ERP導入またはシステム刷新プロジェクトの経験
• ���イティブレベルの日本語能力
• ���本国内在住の方

Responsibilities

• ���ロジェクト全体の計画、実行、監視、制御
• ���テークホルダーとのコミュニケーションと調整
• ���スク管理と問題解決
• ���ロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、リソース管理

Preferred Qualifications

• PMPやPRINCE2の認定資格
• ���界特有の知識（例：製造、流通、金融など）
• ���ジャイルプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• ���規模プロジェクトの管理経験
