Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Proficient in Excel with strong data management
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of the PMO to run some of our key processes including - but not limited to - Strategy and OKR definition and portfolio management
  • Own and manage the end-to-end investment and budgeting process for projects
  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, Finance, and other departments to facilitate communication and align financial strategies on projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems
  • Deliver results. Learn from mistakes. Iterate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in budgeting and financial analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
